The infant car seat will not stay steady and my baby ended up falling to the side. I followed the directions straping the base in propertly. I tryed to return it with the recipt to target and they would not take it back because the time had run out to return it.

The contact owns a baby trend rearfacing infant seat, model number 6325.the seat was manufactured on february 13, 2007.the contact noticed that the infant handle for the infant carrier locks, which prevents the child from entering and exiting the seat.the child is six months old and weighs 15 lbs., 2 oz.the contact replaced the seat three times and they all experienced identical failures.the representative from the manufacturer constantly refers her back to the store from where the seat was purchased.the contact still has possession of the seat.the purchase date and failure type were unavailable.
