If 3 out of 4 car seats are not used correctly blame the car seats not the users.

My 2004 nissan maxima has been experiencing loud rattling noise when driving and severe shaking of the steering when applying the brakes. In april 2006 i took the car to the dealership. They stated the struts and suspension needed to be placed and insisted i pay for it. The struts had been replaced in the car previously in april of 2005 along with defective rotors. They also suggested the belts be replaced because they were cracking. I have not had the car two years yet, but parts on this vehicle continue to malfunction exhibiting all signs of defective manufacturing. Additionally i replaced two of the originally tires (goodyear rsa 18") at 12k and 20k miles for tears in the sidewalls. I have reviewed the other complaints on file for this vehicle from other owners and unfortunately i share the same problems with my maxima.

I am a former emt and current independent contractor for lyft.both lyft and uber penalizes drivers for upholding child safety seat laws and continue to auppprt those drivers that are willing to take a child unrestrained, an unaccompanied minor, or (as evident of one of their new years eve twitter posts) overload a vehicle with passengers!on friday, december 21st, in brockton, ma; i had a unaccompanied 15 year old jump in my car.i informed him of the law and terms and conditions, and asked him to leave the car then proceeded to call lyft to report the emergency.after waiting 6 minutes on hold, i finally got through just to find out another driver has already picked him up.mind you, i was penalized for this!then later that night, i got a request in randolph, ma for a party of three (mom, teenager daughter, and a 4-5 year old son) but the mother had no safety seat for her son.ma rmv chapter 3 requires a federally approved child safety seat for any child under 8 or under 57.i had to cancel the ride and then report it to lyft!while waiting on hold again, i kept getting the same repeat request from the same passenger with no child safety seat.oncesith a fulger threatening text message.randolph police were called to settle it but another driver was sentand picked them up violating the law and endangering this child!this is an ongoing issue with lyft and i have to repeatedly cancel rides for these issues just to sit and watch lyft just send another driver with no regard for safety and lyft full support; even after reporting the safety issue.lyfts sole solution is not to enforce safety and the law; they simply unpair the driver that puts the law and child safety first with that passenger and send someone else to make the $$$.this has been ongoing for 1.5 years that i have driven.and other drivers have the same issues.even being deactivated for upholding child safety laws!can you please help save our children?????
